British Sugar homegrown CF icing sugar is a premium superfine icing powder with cornflour added as a free flow agent. The superfine particle size gives an ultra-smooth texture particularly at low temperatures. Carefully milled to give a consistent texture every time, it performs well in bakery glazes, fudge icings, sugar paste and confectionery. Cold water make up only.
