This mix is perfect for making soft, extra moist muffins that will hold all of your inclusions.

To make, put 1kg of Extra Moist Muffin Mix, 500g of water and 300g of vegetable oil in a mixer and mix slowly for 1 minute then at medium speed for 3 - 4 minutes. Scoop into a muffin tray or cases and bake at 190 - 200 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
