Our new & improved mix is ideal for muffins, loaf cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and puddings.
Mix available in plain, chocolate, lemon and caramel.
Keep your offerings fresh and on trend – good hold and dispersion of medium sized inclusions such as chocolate chips or fruit (up to 10%). For larger inclusions, such as cherries, recommended adding 0.5g of Xanthan Gum to the mix.
Fill with Macphie Mactop® or Frostings, and top with Sweet Snow®, Frostings, o.t.t® dessert toppings and 5th Avenue® Icings.
Once you have baked it, the mix is freeze-thaw stable.
