To make these glace cherries, fresh cherries are sliced, de-stoned and de-stalked then infused with sugar syrup. The resulting glace cherries have a firm texture, sweet cherry flavour and wonderful shine.

Our glace cherries come in a 10kg plastic bag sealed within a cardboard box.
