The special blend of fats used, creates a flexible product, that does not crack or break off your bakery product.

Souplesse is easy to work with—the bucket can be quickly heated in the microwave in just a few minutes. This process can be repeated without compromising quality, enabling you to use only the amount you need at any given time.

Dawn only use RSPO segregated certified palm oil and Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa.
