South African Thomson Raisins | 12.5kg

Made from dried grapes which are then slowly ripened in the South African sun, these raisins are sweet with a dark brown red colour. They give a sweet hit and interesting mouthfeel when used as an inclusion in baked goods such as biscuits, scones or cakes.
